  1. Absolutely! I feel as though I’m only a cat’s whisker ahead of falling behind. Maybe not the best phrasing! I long, long, long for this stage of pre-christmas to be done. Soon. soon. soon. x

    1. Thanks Michael – you have me (quite accurately) pegged as a yes man! However, the older I get, the more comfortable I am becoming with the N word. By 60 I should be quite good at saying yes to myself! Practise makes perfect ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. Michele, I smile every time I read one of your posts as I know and admire a strong sister, who has overcome so much. You are genuinely selfless and greatly loved. May God bless you much throughout the holiday season but every day of the year! I have missed you! Hugs and blessings to you and your family. Even if you have only one day off for vacation…I know it will be a wonderful day for you! God bless!

    1. Dear Wendell, thank you so much, your kind words and wishes mean a lot to me. Unfortunately, sometimes it can feel difficult to be selfless, but that is my goal, and I know it is yours too. Caring for others is the real source of happiness, I believe. When it feels difficult, I remind myself to love others more, and then the burden disappears. ๐Ÿ™‚ Blessings to you and yours! x

    1. Yes, doing what you love and getting paid for it would not feel like work. I hope that happens for you very very soon! For me, anywhere near the ocean, and very warm, would be lovely this year! x

  3. Michele, I’m so with you on this one. Just sitting down with my wife and putting dates in the calendar is so stressful. I am now entering contingency time into the calendar, dates when nothing must be calendared for the sake of sanity.
